Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and ar999e ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the ar999e online sports betting and casino platform available at ar999e.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.

By creating an account on ar999e, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an Account on ar999e you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Proof of age will be requested during the KYC verification process.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate or shared accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice, with any remaining balance subject to review.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration — including full name, date of birth and contact details — must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on this Platform or any affiliated service.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your country, province or city. ar999e makes no representation that access is lawful in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan.

Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address or mobile number, a chosen username and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

4.1 KYC Documentation

ar999e may require identity verification at any stage. Typical documents include:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — both sides, clearly legible, not expired.
• Proof of address where required — a utility bill, bank statement or official government letter dated within the last three months, showing your current residential address.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that the Account holder matches the submitted identity document.

4.2 Document Integrity

You must not alter, edit, crop, obscure or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submitting fraudulent or manipulated documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to the appropriate authorities.

4.3 Withdrawal Hold

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. ar999e reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory identity verification is complete, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Terms of Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — lawful online sports betting and casino gaming — and in compliance with all applicable laws. Specifically:

• You will not access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, scrapers or any artificial intelligence tools designed to gain unfair advantage.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with any element of the Platform's technology, code or infrastructure.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism or conduct any other unlawful financial activity.
• You will not post, transmit or share any content that is defamatory, abusive, offensive or infringes third-party rights through any Platform communication channel.
• You accept that all bets are placed at your own risk and that gambling outcomes are uncertain by nature.
• You acknowledge that ar999e's decisions on bet settlement, account status and promotional eligibility are final, subject to the dispute process described in these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ar999e supports PKR-denominated deposits through a range of payment methods. Payment references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included as familiar payment context for Pakistani users. These payment providers do not endorse, affiliate with or support this gambling operator. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted where available.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits credited to your Account are subject to standard responsible-gambling and AML checks.

6.2 Withdrawals

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted when the Platform generates a confirmed bet reference number. Bets placed on markets where incorrect odds have been published due to a technical error may be voided at ar999e's discretion. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your Account.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play markets — including live cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events — are subject to real-time market suspension and resumption. Bets confirmed prior to a verifiable live-feed failure will generally be honoured unless a manifest error is identified. ar999e's decision on the validity of any in-play bet is final.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the market and sport in question. In cricket markets, for example, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies to rain-affected matches where stated. ar999e may delay settlement pending official confirmation of results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC, FIFA, UFC).

7.4 Maximum Payout

ar999e reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per bet type and per player. These limits are displayed in the relevant market and may be applied retroactively where a bet has been placed in excess of the stated limit.

7.5 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by the Platform's third-party studio partners. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical events. ar999e does not control individual game RTP values — these are set by the game provider and are disclosed where required.

Bonuses & Promotions

ar999e offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome deposit offers, sports reload bonuses and crypto promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer and to these general bonus terms.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 20x, 25x) before they become withdrawable. The exact rollover multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit (e.g., PKR 1,000 — illustrative) must be made to qualify for a deposit-match offer. The exact minimum is stated in each offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period (e.g., 14 or 30 days) will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ar999e and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, without prejudice to any further legal action ar999e may take:

• Registration or use of an Account by any person under the required minimum age;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual ("multi-accounting");
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate betting markets;
• Use of arbitrage betting strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus offers in bad faith ("bonus abuse");
• Use of bots, automated betting software, AI prediction tools or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair edge over the Platform's systems;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or miscalculated odds without promptly reporting the error to ar999e support;
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, layering or placement of illicit funds through the Platform;
• Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour directed at Platform staff or other players.

Responsible Gambling

ar999e is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertaining activity — not a financial strategy, a means of income or a mechanism for coping with personal difficulties.

All active ar999e accounts have access to the following responsible gambling controls:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps, effective immediately upon setting;
• Loss limits: Restricts total losses within a defined time window;
• Session time limits: Triggers a reminder or automatic logout after a defined play session;
• Self-exclusion: Temporary cooling-off (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) or longer-term exclusion, during which the Account is locked for all gambling activity.

Limits that increase an existing restriction (e.g., raising a deposit limit) are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect. Limits that decrease a restriction (i.e., making controls stricter) take effect immediately.

ar999e enforces strict age verification. Underage gambling is a serious harm and a violation of these Terms. All registered accounts are subject to identity and age verification checks under our KYC process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ar999e Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, design elements, logos, brand marks, text, images, audio and video content — is the exclusive property of ar999e or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ar999e.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar999e, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Service interruptions, maintenance downtime or technical failures beyond ar999e's reasonable control;
• Actions, decisions or losses resulting from your reliance on information published on this Platform as legal, financial or investment advice.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ar999e support at [email protected]. Any verified withdrawable balance will be processed following successful completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

13.2 Termination by ar999e

ar999e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) KYC requirements are not met within a reasonable timeframe; (d) regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require it; or (e) continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform or its users.

13.3 Funds on Closure

Where an Account is closed by ar999e due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, funds in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. ar999e will not be liable for any claimed losses arising from the legitimate exercise of its right to close an Account.

Changes to These Terms

ar999e reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided — by email to your registered address, by a notice on the Platform login page, or both.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.

The version of these Terms governing any particular bet or transaction is the version in force at the time the bet was placed or the transaction was initiated.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999e holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an assertion that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own initiative and bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of their participation under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, provincial legislation and any other applicable law. ar999e does not represent that it is licensed, approved or regulated by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory authority, including but not limited to the PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan.
